GENERAL SCHEDULE OF PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

SHEDULES ARE BASED ON BUSINESS DAYS AND DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR ANY HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS
  1. PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK
    1. You may download our photoshop or canva templates and submit your artwork to us.
    2. For best quality, be sure your artwork is digitized at 150DPI
      1. Canva will automatically use this if you’re unfamiliar with this part.

  2. REVIEW DIGITAL PROOF
    1. Proof will be submitted with invoice for review.
      1. Complete invoice upon approval or revise until approved.

  3. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
    1. General fourteen (14)-day production lead, depending on quantity.
      1. High volume orders may require more time, this will be communicated.
      2. Production updates will be provided.

  4. DELIVERY LEAD TIME
    1. General 7-14-day dispatch lead to your door, depending on your location.
      1. Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch.
      2. Carriers cannot guarantee delivery times at this time.
